"We are pleased that you are interested in our topic, which is about the title, HIS FATHER'S TEMPLE.  Because of your interest, you are now included, by the Grace of God.  In a period of approximately fourteen years, we have come to understand what one man had, about two thousand years ago.  We believe that what he had is now at last, available to all.

    "We are simple, earnest folk who have never been to seminary, so our approach might be unlike anything you have been taught.  Nonetheless, we were spiritually dead.  We are now spiritually alive, and since Christ is rising from the spiritually dead, Christ's Spirit is teaching us.

     "Let us point out, however, that we thoroughly understand the Scripture in Luke 11:52; 'Woe to you experts in religion!  For you hide the truth from the people. You won't accept it for yourselves, and you prevent others from having a chance to believe it.'"

     Because of anonymous spiritual recovery, we do understand the following scripture in John 4:21-25;  

        Jesus replied, "Believe me, the time is coming when it will no longer matter whether you worship the Father here or in Jerusalem.  You Samaritans know so little about the one you worship, while we Jews know all about him, for salvation comes through the Jews.  But the time is coming and is already here when true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and in truth.  The Father is looking for anyone who will worship him that way.  For God is Spirit, so those who worship him must worship in spirit and in truth."

     The woman said, "I know the Messiah will come - the one who is called Christ.  When he comes, he will explain everything to us."

    With these thoughts in mind, it might be a good idea to read the page HEART, on this web site. Also, the Global Steps give an idea about the spiritual awakening to those who practice spiritual principles.  And finally, both The Twelve and Truth pages, in this web site, might need to be studied, to come up with a game plan that has allowed the type of worship that is so vitally important to those who want and need to have a personal relationship fulfilled with their creator.

      But now for the topic; worship.  This word is made up of two words.  They are worthy and ship, or vessel.  We offer an abbreviated dictionary definition to these three words:

worthy 1. Having worth, merit, or value; useful or valuable. 2. Honorable; admirable: a worthy fellow. 

ship 1. Nautical. a. A vessel of considerable size for deep-water navigation. b. A sailing vessel having three or more square-rigged masts. 2. An aircraft or a spacecraft. 

vessel . 1. A hollow utensil, such as a cup, vase, or pitcher, used as a container, especially for liquids. 2.a. Nautical. A craft, especially one larger than a rowboat, designed to navigate on water. b. An airship. 3. Anatomy. A duct, canal, or other tube that contains or conveys a body fluid: a blood vessel. 4. A person seen as the agent or embodiment, as of a quality: a vessel of mercy.

        We certainly hope and trust that no one thinks that this is a lecture, but we need to have clarity, as to what the subject is really about.  The main problem that most of us had, in religion - the only way that we had to worship, was that God was so far away, in heaven, or what ever.  The main theme that predominated the religions, that we were in, was that God is in the future.  No where in our religious experiences were we taught that God could and would help us, today, if he were wholeheartedly sought.  That is what anonymous recovery has given us.  The assurance that God is doing for us today, what we cannot do for ourselves.

     But, the preceding scriptures, on this page, had to be accepted as truth, and then better learn how and why to practice the spiritual principles of the anonymous recovery program, by the book.  The main point of this essay is to repeat the theme of the teaching's in the life of Jesus, which is to say, "The Kingdom of  God is within you." 

     How we discovered this miracle of miracles is through the anonymous recovery program.  And now to close this chapter of our work, let us give a trinket of truth that took some of us about eight or ten years to really understand.  When this scripture was read, for the first time, and a few subsequent years, the thoughts of some were,  "They are not writing about us,  they must have some other people in mind."

     But hold on to your seat, God sees his greatest church as having this scripture fulfilled; you might even need to put on your seat belt.  This precious quote, in the book of Colossians, is in chapter 2 verses 8-10; 

      Don’t let anyone lead you astray with empty philosophy and high-sounding nonsense that come from human thinking and from the evil powers of this world, and not from Christ.  For in Christ the fullness of God lives in a human body, and you are complete through your union with Christ.  He is the Lord over every ruler and authority in the universe.

     And even as we write this page, we understand that we need to worship our Father in spirit and truth.  Humans do not stand a chance at this type of worship.  We are just human beings.  God's Son gave his life to become spirit.  We remember the words of Jesus, on the cross as being, in Luke 23:45;  The light from the sun was gone.  And suddenly, the thick veil hanging in the Temple was torn apart.  Then Jesus shouted, "Father, I entrust my spirit into your hands!”  And with those words he breathed his last.

     And whether we realize it or not, whether we call it the name of Jesus or not, the Spirit that we are awakened into is the Spirit of Jesus, and fulfilled in that spirit is the Christ.  Now, some might challenge us on this concept.  We do accept that there are many names for Elder Brother, so it is not important whether any one calls it the Spirit of Jesus or not.  What is important however is that we worship God in spirit and truth, however you understand it.  We sure are glad that you are with us.
