     This WEB PAGE represents a long held belief, for anonymous recovery, relative to an ocean view facility, that can be visited by noahhites, and their guests, on an annual basis.  This belief is based on scriptures, if understanding of those particular scriptures is correct, in the book of Zechariah.  Please keep in mind that this architectural effort might be for posterity, concerning the founder of FULFILLED MANSIONS, even though he hopes to see it funded, in  his lifetime.  But only God knows if the founder will see it complete.  The purpose for this facility is to fund good deeds, with its positive cash flow, for one of the  noahhite agreements (number12): helping the homeless in America and, retired American widows living only on Social Security - orphans and widows.
