comprised of a recreation area, local offices - 2,200 sq.ft., 100 unit retirement community - 84,000 sq. ft., 72 unit efficiency residences - 42,100 sq.ft., anonymous round-up facility - 6,000 sq.ft., self-storage units - 30,000 sq.ft., noahhite temple facility - 10,800 sq.ft., homeless shelter - 7,000 sq.ft., and urban faith center - 29,500 sq.ft..

211,600 total square footage for the large noahhite centers with the larger urban faith center theme.  at this writing, it seems as though two major cities - phoenix, and tampa, depending on what their individual murder rates are, will probably receive this concept too, in addition to the three regional centers, to be established, in the way of location and size.  but we propose to build only in red counties, due to their murder rate being over six times less than blue counties; second graphic at this link.
