The oldest jurisdiction on the continent of Europe, the Grand Orient de France (GOdF), was founded in 1728. FIRST OPINION: 

 

most times, ol' brain just crus'n along, in over-drive, no blinders on; NOT engaged.  :-)  sum times, in neutral, sum times in reverse, others in first, trying get started.  not believe that?  back to second post - archives page, re-read.  [ surfs/serfs :-) ]

 

TEST: 'fore proceding, ok?

small piece paper; pen/pencil.  "equilateral" triangle, maybe three inch base line.  two light lines one inch apart - lateral; top to bottom.  now connect outside top horizontal line - down diagonal - to center of second line, and back up to top right first line - far right.  all y'all'uns see three top triangles?  next bottom line repeat, and come up with five triangles; answer nine triangles right?

 

LOOK/SEE again.  bottom three - grouped triangles form shape next triangle.  same on right side.  and of course, BIG triangle - housing all - 'nother triangle.

 

sumtimes deep, complete thinking, "is" needed, 'fore come up with conclusion.  right decision (s).

SECOND OPINION: 

 

seem ole dummy, much ado about sea/oceans, have been romanced, in fiction - hollywood, and various other outlets, fictional literature; one such - "mutiny, on the bounty."  [ burn hijacked ship(s)/romance. ]

 

law of sea/ocean, same as throne room.  lucifer tried mutiny, got ass kicked out.  [cortez disobeyed few orders, MANY times; one mutiny involved.  excused, back at home, live out life.]

THIRD OPINION - last: 

 

in order to keep sum semblance of control, safety, repsonsiblity, to each portions of this huge length of interstate type roadway - easement for total six lanes { three north/three south :-)}, plus turning lane each side of clover leaf, that crosses many international borders, seems that sum very large check points needed.  as an example, there will need to be one set principles for alaska, but different set principles for central america.  like wise, different set of principles for south american nation states, than compared to north america nation states, like united states of america.

 

not sure how that work, but two guiding principles probably need to be agreed on, before start.

 

lets say that - maybe wishful thinking - all nation states could afford an economical type trailer, for all transported material - goods, not services.  :-)  next surely all nation states not have resources, yet, to have bright shiny new tractors, haul goods round.  sooo, VERY large border clearing house, at each nation - top and/or bottom border, to switch trailers, check for BAD shitz, then carry goods on, with different tractor, for nation in which goods travel; occurs each time reach nation border; smaller nation state have right to have own terminal, until they can reach higher standards, of larger nation states, for extra charge - switching, or straight through.  

 

maybe 1/10 cent per mile, lowest nation states, on ladder, help fund five nations' agreed on LAWS, for trailers; agree on 'fore start, 'SUNSET' when achieve dollyer amount.

 

top, down: usa - alaska, canada, usa, mexico, central america, south america.  [ole dummy claim right to edit sum, ok?  - maybe, not sure, yet.]

 

oops:  $ turnpike type buldge - cubby hole housings (north/south) - at borders for passports regular travelers; increase easement width.  extra lane, trucks, both sides, with crossovers/unders; reverse course.
