We
have not a clue why many people try to distort the truth, but
they are in harmony with themselves and not with us. As an
example, the liberal folks state that the Court (U.S.
Supreme Court) installed
the current president by a five to four margin. The truth is that
it was a seven against two ruling.* True, the dissenting
opinion
about another matter ended
up as a five to four decision, but that does not change the seven
against two ruling. Seven of nine is not a close decision; our math
proves that to be a 77.77% ruling. This is important because it
is just under eighty percent, not just over fifty percent, as those
people suggest, in their idle misleading dialog.
During WWII, and the cold war, misleading information was called propaganda!
All
of these people are dividers. They have not a clue as to what
unity is. When we were thrown into WWII, there was unity in this
country. But now, with all of the special interests, it seems that
all of the special interest groups are very dissatisfied, and they want to spread as much discord
as they can, for some reason, rather than truth. Maybe it is true that misery loves
company.
*"Seven justices of this Court agree that
there are constitutional problems with the recount ordered by the
Florida Supreme Court," according to a 7-2 "per curiam,"
or unsigned, opinion in Bush v. Gore. "The only disagreement
is as to the remedy."
The nation's highest court also sent the case back to
the Florida court for further proceedings. But the U.S. Supreme Court
dealt Democrat Al Gore a blow by forbidding the manual recounts on the
grounds that they could not be finished by the Tuesday deadline, set by
federal law, for state legislatures to choose electors.
