1. need to understand COMMUNITY, in which retirement units are being planned for.  rich, poor, active, hermits - like ole dummy, etc.

 

2. are the tenants going to be engaged with 'community unification' through prayer, and associations - activities, or are they going to be loners.

 

3. ergo, sum times the center garden must NOT be used.

 

4. also, sum times, sum square footage will need to be deleted, from BASIC theme; low retirement benefits.

 

5. on the other hand, sum might need to have huge square footage added to BAISC; gold mines helping god.

 

6. sum will like to be convenient to library, shopping, or movies, or parks, or lover (s), or even church, temple, ETC.
