update: it has never been thought about - by god - as doing away with teaching, in the schools.  god just needs a time out, so to speak, to get another system in place, for america's kids.  a large part of this campus college curriculum is  devoted to "teachers," and the subjects that they will be teaching.   but on week-ends, it is believed that college students will work the 'lines' at the sign-up sales sites, for the k-12 on-line schooling programs, and options.  and one of the managers, or assistant managers will have to alternate week-end duty, occasionally.  maybe schedules can be arranged so that week-end service grants another day off, during the week, for the week end that they have to be present; or some other perk.  but don't think that the campus programs will be cancelled either.

now on to the actual design of the units, since this will work, if push comes to shove, and THEN the teeny tinny itsy bitsy "values" class, relative to cost effectiveness, considering the cost of materials, as they pertain to labor, during construction.

dialogue is open:  successful negotiations always require thinking outside of the human imposed restrictions; the "box" of their original premise.  many options: closer to street - eight or twelve feet, for BOTH facilities, reverse ball field - hit away from windshields, zorro "Z" the property line, and use area for building shared behind tennis courts, but that requires only one building, rather than two, therefore parking behind more shallow building, currently on the right, and residential building on the left, of the 'worship blvd' address; looking northeasterly.  the number of employees - staff for both buildings is established at two shifts for sign-ups with two always on duty (for sign up), must now be housed in a building twice as high as original premise.  the sales unit is for 'off site' agreements.  and those twenty-four foot bays will have eight foot cubicles with conference table in the center; ergo twenty-four members - one shift [staggered with our 4 {ole dummy really "IS" in zulu land} time zones], at rear of commercial building, times two, yielding thirty-two up front, forty-eight back row, for total of eighty residences, probably ten residence floors, above lobby level, no attic.

negotiations now closed, and ole dummy has to get back to work, with "new parameters."

MANY  VARIED  "PAR"  COURSES

seems that god has in mind, MANY types of golf courses, relative to PAR.  as an example, there will probably be three "executive" golf courses, for us ole farts, with a par sixty-four, rather than a par seventy-two.  what that means is that the four par five holes will convert to additional par three holes, lowering the par by eight strokes - 3 in lieu of five, from 72 to 64.  and when god lowers that four hundred and twenty yard par four to a par five category, and adds another two par threes, making it a par 63 course, ole dummy might just consider playing that course.

 

but there will be juniors/ladies courses two.  possibly, the BESTEST news is that there will be many 'couples' courses, leaving the challenging championship courses, to the REAL MEN.

considering how long it takes to get ready to BUILD, for the entertainment site, surely, there are many other projects that can and will be ready in very short order, compared to the ARMY of souls required for the theme park etc. site.

 

so, "ALL" utilities need to be coordinated from an agreed on starting point, which, at the moment, is where the east/west street - DARK DOTS IN STREETS - crosses the student/campus blvd.  ok?  that is the "x" marks the spot, for all you suckers that still can't sign your own names, yet.  :-)

 

it is not important if it moves north, or south - OR EAST OR WEST FOR THAT MATTER, what is important is when the real civil engineers and landscape people, along with knowledgeable land planners, and traffic experts get their heads together, and agree on what is absolutely best for the terrain, project, and tenants, then all can be working towards the projects needs, which are as follows.

 

the golf course 120 x 10 will probably be first to break ground, out side of the campus site stuff.  they will need housing, for their full spectrum.  we can branch northward, into the exclusive acreage, from the RIGHT proposed roadway selection process.  and since we will have very important people on board, for a long time, for the entertainment site, beginning with some one - man or woman - to head it up, we need to get to some really prime stuff, if you get the jests of why this page is needed.  

 

and then, with proper communications, all can stay abreast of growth, speed, and targets, of further development requirements in this residential section.  with out staff, nothing is going to open, got it?

rather than do another filly lulu bird deal, let us start, where we are.  everybody see the word 'disney?'  ..ok.  had the privilege of being a guest, at a beautiful home, on long boat key, which had a spectacular view of sarasota, across the bay, at easter in '71.  the spouse and kids and ol' dad had been invited down, for a visit, by the then retired CHIEF HEAD HAUNCHO of the exxon asian division, headquarted in the phillipines.  ole dummy had designed and built their nc summer home, the year before.  and it just turned out that disney had recently opened, so the kids and ol' dad took in the scene.  wish we had packed a lunch, based on their price of a soda and bag of unbuttered popcorn.  entirely too much salt, too; ergo, more soft drinks.  but lest we digress.

 

walt disney conceived something with us, we the people, in mind, but somewhere along the way, it got off track.  it became a "the profit is the only thing to consider."  this is based on a documentary that ole dummy saw, of walt's original dream, explained by him.  but in the eighties, when the hostile corporate take over decade started, things really did go adrift, in the world of business.

 

while in florida, the paper's had articles, and headlines, about isner's 43 million pay package, for 89, when he was head of disney world, and subsequently went on to be their corporate pres.  if we do a compounded twenty year increase, based on doubling every seven years, we are looking at over one hundred and fifty million dollars, for one person's salary, as the leader of something, not even their president, but that does not sit well with the ten thousand employees that they had at that time, relative to "thy shall love thy neighbor as thy self;" eight to ten dollars an hour, back then.  things are going to change, but god has got to make it worth while too.  our effort must be about the quality of life, while here, but we are going to learn how to depend on god, for his perks, rather than the perks of this world, that come from satan.  

 

let it also be stated that ole dummy grew up in the days of buyer be ware.  not the period of, "let's sue the hell out of them, for five or ten million," because the coffee that little ole me spilled on my self was too hot, and it HURT. 

 

which takes us to more foreign territory, for ole dummy - that he has no proof of, but it seems that the educational system is in lock step, too, with fucked up motives.  'if you do not have the advantage, of lies and deceit, you will never make it, in this world.'  just like the terrorists, it also seems.  this is a global phenomenon.  it is not unique to america.  but ole dummy will try to validate the conclusions that he has come up with, based on personal experience.

 

the first graphic, on this web page, is a google earth graphic, of universal studios theme park, on kirkman road, in orlando, florida.  ole dummy was the project manager for the firm that had twenty-five, or 26 acres to cover, and build, every thing, outside of the actual buildings, that were being built.  very huge contact, with stuff imported from all over the world, relative to gems and stones, for what they call rusticated terrazzo, as one example - acre after acre after acre of very expensive stuff.  but vast quantities of wrought iron, pre-cast concrete, unbelievable masonry and stucco, but most of all, steel rebar and formed in place concrete, for planters/seats/retaining walls, ad infinitum.

 

the firm that hired me, had a vice-president.  was put under him, after being interviewed, and hired by the president, to start the actual job.  but my boss could not write/dictate/publish any sentence or memo, or anything, unless it had ambiguities in it.  NEVER RESOLUTION, ADVANCEMENT, OR CLARITY, JUST CONFUSION AND CHAOS.  but he had a motive, in his heart, and it did not involve ole dummy - NEVER ANY KICKBACKS OR BRIBES, even though, it was found out later, that the pres wanted ole dummy to be promoted to the regional managers slot, AFTER OLE DUMMY HAD RESIGNED.

 

so, let us examine the motives of people, as it relates to money.  people that let their career develop, on god's pace, and plan, seem to be very blessed talented people, many of which never attended college, and some that never graduated.  and many come in to vast amounts of money, based on blessings.  but watch out, god's got a plan for all that stuff, ok.  but the other side of that coin is ruinous.  it is greed, perfected.  and suspect that it is being taught in higher educations, as such, even though it might be disguised, or a subliminal message, at best.  the envious are in control of a huge majority of america's children, at the moment - through all education basically, and nothing good can come from it.

now the reason (s) for this web page.  subject: "it is going to be quite a production."  while on the jobsite, of the toppest graphic, the GIANT HOLY SPIRIT VISITED, AND INFORMED OLE DUMMY OF THAT QUOTE.  IT WILL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN, IT WAS SO POWERFUL!  likewise another similar visit, at the beginning of something, like no other state that i am aware of, at the beginning of a storm, without warning, and from no where, the wind jerked a door out of my hand, at trying to open said door, and the holy spirit advised, "i will open doors for you that no one can close, and close those that no one can open."

 

there are literally dozens of said advisements, that are now beginning to tie into this twenty-five thousand acre effort.  please believe that ole dummy is way too modest to even mention the one that might be most important, to god, for some reason.

 

suffice it to say that the size of the site, on kirkman road, was then billed as four hundred and forty acres.  it does seem that they have filled out the block, with parking for employees, in the north west corner, since my last visit to the site.  then, the theme park was just a one hundred and twenty acre deal, of something like that.  it took seven international general contractors, on site simultaneously, for those small amount of acres, to get it built, in just over a year.  can't imagine what will be happening, down east.  but on that 440 acres, there where six or seven, and more smaller buildings, that were huge studios, where they film movies.  and it seems that god is going to get into the moving picture business, IN A BIG WAY.  AND SUSPECT THAT HE WILL BE DEVELOPING MOVIE HOUSES TOO, ACROSS AMERICA, AND THEN AROUND THE WORLD, FOR FAMILY ENTERTAINMENT, IN ALL LANGUAGES.

 

but what ole dummy is trying to state is that when we now look at the bottomest graphic - again, and see how minuscule the five hundred acres is, compared to what god has plans for, this is really going to be a fantastic trip, for many millions.
