things are looking MUCHO betterer!


 

the only REAL change that dummy can see, from this angle, concerns the apparent slighting of the depth of the lots, for the production lots, north of the on-line residence high rise facilities.  in surveyor parlance, 'chain' means a straight line from point a to point b, when in fact, the deed calls for an arch; surveyors use steel tapes, rather than cloth roll up/wind up tapes.  and the vertical depth, from the chain measurement, and the actual arch, is what we will address, in the communiqué.

 

lets say that the radius of the highway, in the the production section of the campus site, yields a vertical dimension of six hundred feet, which will be basically a north south dimension.  the tricky part starts here. 

 

there are seven VERTICAL museum site ROWS, to the west of the anonymous sites, on m/m blvd.  so, we need to borrow one hundred feet from each of said museum lots, to make another section of this overall site work, according to known planning, at this point of our investigation of preliminary themes.

 

the next item as a result of this shifting is that there will be a point, so to speak, of the marsh, protruding into the temple worship site's parking lot; extreme north western portion of marsh.  but in reality, the property line maybe will not have to actually move, it can just rotate.  

 

as those baker's dozen lots - museum lots, shift the seven hundred feet, the western point of of the iron stake, as the common corner to lots six and seven, will have to move those six hundred feet that is needed, but then the rear property line for museum lot number six needs to turn due west, so that the metro lot can stay with a rectangular shape, for their unknown future expansion.

 

but the result will be that the blvd, between the interactive residences and the production sites, can parallel the 'chain' angle, for full depth of the production sites.  and of course, the residence sites on that angle of that blvd, will dictate the angle of that portion of 'temple worship' blvd, also, requiring a BEND, at that point in the more southern blvd; interactive sales and sign-up facilities front the more southern blvd, being addressed in this discourse, unless we go to the MAIN fountain entrance, to the commercial site, leading to the temple worship site, and start that new chain angle, from the get go, for the western portion of the main blvd, west of the fountain blvd.
