1. the 6,900 foot dimension, above, is shown conservatively, at 5,500 feet on earlier presentations (+/-), away from the center MAIN division line between the campus/entertainment sites' common boundary.  this appears to be much more accurate, since clearer maps were used.

2. the bottom right, seems to be just a satellite tract; question mark.  but it will probably be used as a 'beginning check in lot' for boat/camper storage; fifty acres each probably.
