from a huge row of lake front high rises including very dollyer orientated penthouse stuff - about six miles, all the way to teeny tiny one story 'survival' units, in quads, for people living only on social security; one hundred dollars per month rent, plus economical utilities - cost only city law.  kinda at the center of things, so that vehicles are not a requirement, to be in this favored city.

 

and maybe those without vehicles can front on a forty foot pavement street, so that people can just swing by, 

with an assured parking place, to pick them up for any distant errands, that might be needed.

which brings me to another thought.  the six mile lake front just turned into owning "eleven miles of lake front."

but towards the end of ALL construction, the 'work' center will begin to turn over it's ground to what is needed for that slot, then.
