The key
to all inventory sheets is making a "grudge list" for the illness page, or
resentment sheet; the first sheet. We recall all of the situations
that we can remember about being angry. Our illness is that we have harbored ill
feelings toward people, principles, and institutions, because we could
not see our part in long forgotten situations. Then we take
the "grudge list" to the other three sheets as necessary. The
"inventory sheet" is explained as being willing to set
these matters straight,
where we know we were wrong. It is also the second sheet of the
four sheets of items mentioned in the original recovery text
book. The matters that need correcting, from the
"inventory sheet," form
the, made a list, that the eighth step asks of us.
