still jittery/befogged step 4.

god not in hurry, ok?

the man that worked with me told me that if i would start the first section of my inventory, for my pre-school years, then follow up with elementary, then junior high school, next college years, then in five year increments, after college days, the events in those sections would be more succinct, and would help me remember related events, in sequence, including who/whom with - if any body else, and what was done.  [ neighborhood lived in, friends, etc. ]

that is the order.  next, he said that i needed to allot sum time, once a day, twice a week, or what will work for you, and be disciplined in following through, with writing twenty minuets per day, or two hours, per day, what ever i had decided on; and it is important to follow through, with my commitment.

courage is the principle, to look at self, but i knew all of the things that i had done that were wrong, for me.  he never once told me what to write about!  hope you too will not listen to another soul, about your shit, that you know about.

and while we are writing down all that stuff, we keep a keen eye out for who we might consider telling, perfectly understanding that we need to talk to a TRUSTWORTHY person; sum religions have immunity from disclosure; anonymity protected by law.  however, a spiritual advisor, in one of the anonymous fellowship will certainly have more empathy, about what you are trying to do, gain integrity.

not sure, but don't think god was to pleased with a yahoo that sat a soul down that 'ninguno hablar inglés,' paid him fifty dollyers, and told it all.  [Castilian  (?)'no hablo englés.']
