four high rise buildings, with one hundred and twenty five residences, in each building.
it would not surprise me, if god gave a cluster home, free of charge, to a deserving employee,
each year, for their outstanding efforts, above and beyond the call of duty. and if it takes ninety
days to build one cluster home - one year for a quad, with trade school students, just think,
it would take one hundred years for a build out, for this concept.
did you notice the small alcove, in the foyer, for a "computer alcove," and related stuff? sure do hope that the
professional architectural team can bring our concept of a mid-rise residence, now being contemplated as a
high rise residence, into the twenty first century, with computer alcoves, in their new design.
wonder if the owner of this type of unit would like a balcony or fenced in patio, off of the master bedroom?
now, get off of your high horse, about none of these units showing a water heater. at the appropriate time, a team of engineers will figure out if we have enough area in our contemplated solar panels to take care of all of the hot water on the campus, as a free gift from god, with his sun providing all of the hot water, for the campus.
we need to keep an eye on the progress of the duke power application for another nuclear power plant, in that the noahhite campus will probably be in the duke power grid, and if that is the case, it will probably be better to commit to that, rather than a combination of gas and electricity, which may be cheaper today, but not in the future.
and in time, the roofs of the large buildings, north of the golf course in the left corner, might be able to be considered for the source of hot water, from solar panels, for the annex. is that one of those situations, "which came first, the chicken or the egg?" my suggestion would be to build the "real warehouse" in that quadrant, which is scheduled as the third building, ahead of time, if that will help the hot water solution; top left corner, in that sector.
