SPIRITUAL GROWTH

need goz back, to early '80s (probably oct. '83), bring to focus, our solution, from practical experience.   one afternoon, sit'n in ol' airstream travel trailer, at myrtle beach area, after noon a. a. meeting, watching cubs game on wgn [3rd baseman 'super' star :-)]> not sure, ol' scroll came across television screen advise'n of tornado headed myrtle beach area.  ol' a. a. ron boy knew sum scriptures - not to well - soz open up door, and look up, to HEAVEN - GOD of gods (both eyes open - few white clouds), and says, "father god, i am claiming the scriptures in the gospel of john, that says you will keep us from harm, from the evil one."

"I'm not asking you to take them out of the world, but to keep them safe from Satan's power."  (John 17:15 * )

low n behold, few minutes, 2/3, 'nother scroll cross bottom of tv screen.  "tornado warning headed toward myrtle beach area is changed to a severe thunder storm warning."

 

now sum REAL truth.   reason ol' a. a. ron boy open door, "is", not have jeep cherokee haul ass in (pronto);  trailer hitch. :-)

 

buttS, faith worked, verrry well, CAUSE "god's holy word," ya hear?

 

'PS':  not sure how this happened, but some ONE gots message to prez, few years ago, when four hurricanes hit florida in one season, 'bout how god's word could control ol' weather.  'and then,' THE pres, leader of the free world, must have gotten message to little brother, 'bout claim'n scriptures; sumthink like that there.  "presto" ol' hurricanes no longer problem, in florida.   must have been told to mexicanos, too, cause very recent hurricane pronounced as hit'n north west mexico corner, maybe went out to sea.   no report'nS up here, in america, 'bout devastation, down there.

 

soz, our spiritual solution "is" claim spiritual progress, only with words in bible, god choose for yo to read, when appropriate.
