did all
y'all watch the commentary,
and video trailer - "the call of the entrepreneur," about
"real economics?" thoroughly enjoyed it, from this
scribe's perspective. that ought to tell those wimps, that are
always afraid to try something new, LIKE ENTRENCHED
POLITICIANS.
what
did y'all think of their "new" energy bill. wonder how
many "man hours" it took, from one hundred senators, and all
of their STAFFS, to come up with something, that is already out
dated? if they would have just LEGISLATED the new INVENTION, AT
THIS LINK,
and made the manufacturers put that on all vehicles, presto, an over
abundance of oil.
ya
reckon that we should include the HOURS that it took the house of reps,
to come up with their doo doo?
oh
well, god has them in tow, and will deal with them when he is supposed
to. but our topic, is about another type of SWAMP, that was
mentioned in the above links.
god's
love, agape love, means that we can look at the WORST possible potential
noahrene, pleb, not even near a wana bee, or just down right el-sicko/la-sickess,
and envision, a precious child of god, in the WAITING.
will
have to admit that sometimes it is hard to remember that our objective
is to drain the swamp, so that they can get to high ground, when our
arse - how's that for culture folks - is up to alligators, with no where
to turn.
Those of us who have spent much time in the world of spiritual make-believe have eventually seen the childishness of it. This dream world has been replaced by a great sense of purpose, accompanied by a growing consciousness of the power of God in our lives. We have come to believe He would like us to keep our heads in the
clouds with Him, but that our feet ought to be firmly planted on earth.
That is where our fellow travelers are, and that is where our work must be done. These are the realities for us. We have found nothing incompatible between a powerful spiritual experience and a life of sane and happy usefulness.
